Because of its bonsai nature, this ginseng ficus can still grow in low-light levels.

 

Water:

The soil should be dry between each watering period.

Water every 2 weeks.

  • Due to the bonsai nature of the ficus tree, pruning will be required as it grows.

Cold Weather & Heat Pack Notice  
For areas with temperatures below 45°F (7°C), a heat pack is strongly recommended. Extreme cold can damage live plants. Botanic Live is not responsible for weather-related damage if a heat pack is not added to the order. Heat packs are available as an optional add-on.
 
Customization & Handmade Nature  
Each plant is handcrafted and made to order. No two plants are exactly alike. Natural variations in trunk shape, foliage, and size should be expected. If you would like to see the specific plant before shipping, please request photos prior to placing your order and leave a note at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

After You Receive Your Plant  
Please open the package as soon as it arrives. Do not leave the plant inside the box or outdoors for an extended period. This is a live plant and needs airflow and light. General care instructions are included, but plants may need time to adjust to their new environment and climate.
 
Handling and Shipping Policy  
Orders are shipped using a 2–3 business day shipping service, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier that best suits your location. Available carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once the shipping label is created. It is the buyer’s responsibility to track the shipment and receive the package promptly.
 
If the plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the plant and packaging. Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted, as damage may be related to environmental exposure or care after delivery.
 
No Returns or Exchanges  
Due to the live and perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist.
