For shipping, it is essential to add a heating pad to your order to prevent the plant from freezing during transit, especially in temperatures below 60 degrees. This heating pad is an optional add-on available for an additional $5. 2. **Cancellation of Online Orders:** Customers may only request to cancel their online order within the first hour of placing it.

3. **Returns and Refunds for In-Person Pick-Ups:** All sales are final.

   – Replacements are only offered if the plant is severely damaged, and we receive a photo of the plant the same day it is received. This does not apply to orders over a certain amount. Please email us to check eligibility for a return, but note that we cannot cover shipping costs. “Severely damaged” is defined as significant harm that affects the plant’s health and ability to recover. Customers must provide pictures of the box, packaging, and the damaged plant within 24 hours of delivery for the claim to be considered. We are not responsible for delivery delays or package mishandling by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Customers should file a claim directly with the courier for delivery delays or mishandled packages.

IMPORTANT: If we decide to replace a damaged plant, the customer will cover the shipping costs. Botanic Live will only replace the plant or item purchased online.
